Week 2 of the Winter Outdoor Giveaway is here so you get a second chance at some awesome winter gear.
We’ve added a new entry option called Refer-A-Friend. Use this entry option to score up to 10 bonus entries! Here’s how it works:
After you enter using any of the options, a box will appear at the bottom of the widget that will give you a unique URL that you can share with your friends. For each friend that enters the giveaway, you will receive +1 entry into the giveaway. You refer up to 10 people. Cool, right?!
Entering is easy, just click on the entry options below to secure your chances. The more you enter the better chance you’ll have to win this fantastic gear:
- Hillsound Crampons – review here and here
- Hillsound Gaiters
- Chaos Sports Balaclava
- GU Energy Packs
- Hydrapack Day Pack
- Bottle Bright Cleaning Tablets by Clean Ethics
- Injinji Socks
- $50 Gift Card to Sierra Trading Post
And don’t forget to show your support for our fellow outdoor bloggers who have put in considerable time and effort to pull this outdoor giveaway together.
If I won, I’d go for a hike in the woods. If it was snowing I’d try the crampons, otherwise I’d wear the socks. I love socks.
I love socks too! I’m still stuck on Point6 socks and I tend to wear my Injinji Toe Socks a LOT. I’ve tried some of the other big outdoor brands and smaller shops but they just don’t cut it. Have you tried the Injinji socks before?
No, I haven’t, I actually wouldn’t even be able to, I have webbed toes and a few minor deformities on my toes. My wife likes them, the socks that is. She hates my toes.
Webbed toes is a super power, right?
Awesome stuff! The Injinji’s would get used immediately on a trail run.. I have several pairs, but wearing them out! Amazing socks… thanks for the giveaway!
Thanks Jeff,
Yeah, I use mine a lot too. I found, as well, if you get the thinner Injinji socks you can wear them under heavier wool socks on longer treks for additional protection and support and they work GREAT that way as well. I wore my thin Injinji socks under my Merino Wool Point6 socks for the Tough Mudder earlier this year and my feet felt great through the full 12+ mile course.
Week two of fun!
I would love to use the socks to go for a quick hike near my house with my pup! These are the coolest outdoor giveaway I have ever seen! Thanks so much!
Thank you for entering!
I got it to work now with chrome, I am interested in the Injinji socks, I have always struggled with finding a pair of socks that wick enough. I am going to pick up a pair
Good. Yeah, it doesn’t seem to like IE9…but then again, who does? hehe
The gaiters, back country ski trip any where it’s snowing!
That’s been my problem, there’s no snow around here yet. Nowhere even close…
If I win I’d want to go on a trip to Jotunheimen in Norway. There are some spectacular mountains there, but crampons is a must with some of them, and I don’t have any crampons. Also, my old gaiters are falling apart.
Sounds like you REALLY need this win! Sounds like an awesome trip!
I see a whole bunch of stuff I’m not really familiar with. Trying it out looks like a lot of fun.
Of course! That’s always the fun part! 😉
Awesome. Thats what I need to resist the Scottish winter 🙂
Cheers,
Hendrik
Crampons have to be the most interesting for me, they’d fit nicley into an article i’m currently writing on winter hiking in Croatia.
